This Web Site provides you with a safe online destination containing a wide variety of contents enabling you to enjoy the wonderful world of CDS.
To receive our e-mail communication or to use certain contents, you are required to register on the Web Site. However, as part of OLC’s privacy policies, OLC will request that parents and guardians approve the member registration of any visitor below the age of 18 before such visitor enjoys these member benefits.

CDS or OLC is pleased to hear from its loyal fans and welcomes your comments regarding CDS or OLC products, including CDS's or OLC's on-line services. CDS or OLC may immediately terminate these Conditions without any notice if CDS or OLC deem that you fail to comply with any provision hereof. Upon termination, you must destroy all Software obtained from the Web Site and other web site(s) and all related documentation and copies thereof, whether obtained hereunder or not.

INDEMNIFICATION.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OLC, CDS, and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) asserted by any third party due to or arising from or in connection with your use of or conduct on the Web Site, content or messages posted or transmitted by you on or through the Web Site. OLC and CDS reserve the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.

OLC and CDS reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Web Site without prior notice. OLC and CDS shall not be liable to you for any modification to or discontinuance of the Web Site.

OTHERS.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, the laws of Canada, and the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If either party hereof elects to enforce any rights, privileges, duties or obligations pursuant hereto in a court of law or equity, any action shall be brought in a court of jurisdiction located in the country wherein OLC’s principal place of business is located or in the country wherein CDS’s principal place of business is located. If any provision hereof shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
