Q1. How do I access the Theatre from the nearest station?
It is about 10 minutes walk from JR Maihama station on the Keiyo line and Musashino line to the Theatre via IKSPIARI.

Q2. Do you have any parking at the Theatre?
There is no parking at the Theatre, but IKSPIARI Car Parks are available for guests visiting the Theatre to see the show. Parking for Theatre guests is free for up to 4 hours. Bring your parking ticket to the
Guest Service Counter to receive validation for the 4 hour free parking service.
Q3. Are latecomers admitted and seated after the show has started?
Due to show scheduling reasons, immediate admission for latecomers may or may not be possible.
Q4. Can I enter and/or leave the theatre during the show?
Due to show scheduling reasons, guests may be asked to wait for suitable timing to enter and/or leave the theatre.
Q5. Can I take photographs in the Theatre?
To ensure the safety of the performers and for copyright protection reasons, the use of cameras, with or without a flash, or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited before, during and after the performance inside the theatre. This includes all digital and non-digital camera and video devices including cellular phones. Photography in the Theatre Lobby is permitted.
Q6. Are opera glasses available on site?
There is no on site opera glasses service available.
Q7. What if I have lost or found any items?

For any items lost during the show, please contact the
Guest Service Counter located in the Theatre Lobby.
Q8. How can I give a gift to my favorite performer?
Only bouquets and letters for the performers are accepted. They must be left at the Guest Service Counter which is located in the Theatre Lobby. Please note that guests are asked to refrain from giving any gift directly to the performers.

We accept JCB credit card and other major credit cards for payment.

Q10. Are there any storage lockers available at the Theatre?
100yen coin operated storage lockers are available in the Theatre. Oversized items which do not fit in a locker may be stored at the
Guest Service Counter .
The storage lockers are made available only for use during the show. Be sure to empty the locker when the show is over. If you see the show twice a day, you must empty the locker after each show.
Q11. Can small children attend the show?
Children are welcome to attend the show. An admission fee is required for guests 4 years of age or older. When requesting an individual seat for children 3 years of age or younger, an appropriate ticket must be purchased. When viewing the show with a child aged 3 years or younger on your lap, the child’s head must not be higher than your shoulder height so as not to disrupt the view of the person sitting behind.

Q12. Do you have special seats for children?
There are no special seats for children in the Theatre. Child cushions to raise the height of seating for children are available free of charge at the
Guest Service Counter which is located in the Theatre Lobby.
Q13. Does the Theatre provide barrier free services and facilities?
- There are reserved areas available to accommodate wheelchair guests. When reserving a seat for a wheelchair user, please call the Cirque du Soleil Theatre Tokyo Information Desk at 0570-02-8777. (Please note this service is available in Japanese only.)
- An elevator is available to access the Theatre Lobby and seating area on the second floor. Please ask any attendant near you when assistance is required.
- Multi-function restrooms are available at 2 locations in the Theatre.
Q14. Do you accommodate wheelchair guests?

Q15. Are pets permitted in the Theatre?
Pets are not permitted in the Theatre. Assistant dogs including seeing-eye dogs and guide dogs are permitted in the Theatre.

Q16. Are there any long stairways inside the theatre?
Steps inside the theatre are all stairways.

Go down the stairways to reach these blocks. Please watch your step as handrails are not installed.
- Blocks F – L
Go up the stairways to reach these blocks. Handrails are available along the walls on both right and left sides. Use the handrails as necessary to assist you in reaching your seat.
Q17. Is smoking permitted in the Theatre?
Smoking is not permitted in the Theatre. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area located near the Theatre entrance.
