Q2. How long is the show?
The show is 135 minutes (2 hours 15 minutes) long, including a 30 minute intermission.
Q3. Are latecomers admitted and seated after the show has started?
Due to show scheduling reasons, immediate admission for latecomers may or may not be possible.
Q4. Can I enter and/or leave the theatre during the show?
Due to show scheduling reasons, guests may be asked to wait for suitable timing to enter and/or leave the theatre.
Q5. Can I take photographs in the Theatre?
To ensure the safety of the performers and for copyright protection reasons, the use of cameras, with or without a flash, or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited before, during and after the performance inside the theatre. This includes all digital and non-digital camera and video devices including cellular phones. Photography in the Theatre Lobby is permitted.
Q6. Are opera glasses available on site?
There is no on site opera glasses service available.
Q7. How can I give a gift to my favorite performer?
Only bouquets and letters for the performers are accepted. They must be left at the Guest Service Counter which is located in the Theatre Lobby. Please note that guests are asked to refrain from giving any gift directly to the performers.
Q8. Can small children attend the show?
Children are welcome to attend the show. An admission fee is required for guests 4 years of age or older. When requesting an individual seat for children 3 years of age or younger, an appropriate ticket must be purchased. When viewing the show with a child aged 3 years or younger on your lap, the child’s head must not be higher than your shoulder height so as not to disrupt the view of the person sitting behind. Q9. Do you have special seats for children?
There are no special seats for children in the Theatre. Child cushions to raise the height of seating for children are available free of charge at the Guest Service Counter which is located in the Theatre Lobby.

Q10. Do you accommodate wheelchair guests?
There are reserved areas available to accommodate wheelchair guests. When reserving a seat for a wheelchair user, please call the Cirque du Soleil Theatre Tokyo Information Desk at 0570-02-8777.
